1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at this domain (the "Site"), operated by Horus Co., Ltd ("Horus", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About This Site
The Site is an informational website describing Horus's clinical trial management, consulting, outsourcing (FSP), medical communications, and real-world data science services. The Site does not provide any e-commerce, booking, or clinical service delivery functionality; it is provided solely for general information and business inquiry purposes.
3. No Medical or Clinical Advice
Content on this Site (including factsheets, booklets, and regulatory summaries) is provided for general informational purposes about Horus's services and the clinical research industry in Vietnam. It does not constitute medical, clinical, regulatory, or legal advice, and must not be relied upon as such. Any engagement for clinical trial services is governed by a separate, signed agreement between Horus and the relevant sponsor.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Horus name and marks, and downloadable documents — is the property of Horus or its licensors and is protected by Vietnamese and international intellectual property laws. You may view and download material from the Site for your own personal or internal business reference only; you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
5. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks;

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, failing that, submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
